Power Flow

Our signature class is a hot, invigorating, challenging and flowing form of yoga that will torch calories, tone your body, and relax your mind.

Grounded in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa, this class is suitable for all levels- beginners, intermediate and advanced.

You will sweat, have fun, be challenged, and be given the opportunity to realize your full potential!

Bring or borrow a mat and sweat towel. The studio is heated to 85 degrees.

Slow Your Flow

Slow Your Flow is a slower-paced version of our signature class, Power Flow. This class will have slightly lower heat, fewer repetitions of poses to allow for longer holds, and a more restorative practice.

Creative Flow - Int/Adv Levels

Creative Flow is fun take on our signature class, Power Flow. We connect one posture to another with unique sequencing that elevates your heart rate, breath and mind. Our goal is to explore pose variations while creating fun and playful transitions . This class is heated and suitable for intermediate and advanced levels. You will sweat, be challenged, and realize your possibility!

Power Strength

Power Strength is a Mat & Metal class focused on building strength with heavy weights to powerfully shift and transform your body and complement your yoga practice.

Power Strength provides easy to follow monthly workouts designed to push you to your limits in a safe environment with a focus on upper, lower, and total body.

GPY now provides sets of dumbbells ranging from 5-30 lbs.

The “why” behind the heat.

Our studio was founded based on the pillars of Baptiste Yoga with heat — or tapas — being a tool of transformation. The challenge of putting your body into a pose in a 85-degree room with sweat running into your eyes creates an environment for transformation on and off of the mat. Inside this challenge, you learn to focus— on breath, on drishti, and on getting through the moment—- and this skill can be applied to your life off the mat. When life turns up the heat, yoga teaches us to focus and stay calm and strong. In life, just like in practice, rewards are just on the other side of the work. Cold lavender towels are provided at the end of every class before svasana.

At Greensboro Power Yoga, we have state-of-the-art infrared heaters that emit clean heat (not from the HVAC system) which helps our teachers control the humidity throughout class.
